Brass Pipe is one of the metal pipe types used primarily in water lines and plumbing. The pipes are also used in oil and gas, steam pipes and in hot water supply lines. Brass pipes are produced in different shapes, sizes and standards. The Red Brass C23000 Seamless Pipe is cold drawn and it has a composition of 85% copper and 15% zinc. It is used in potable water lines, conduits and in architectural applications as well. The Yellow Brass Welded Pipe is used mostly in heat exchangers as it has high thermal conductivity. The brass material does not corrode under hot water as other metal pipes do. The Aluminium Brass Pipes Sleeve is used to connect and solder two pipes together. The advantage is that the connection could be soldered well without leakage. There are different grades of brass pipes that could be used for different purposes.
